After four successful rounds of Open Calls the European project AI4Copernicus just launched another round, the 5th Open Call for Micro-projects distributing this time up to €300K in total, to ten (10) projects, which will test the AI4Copernicus services, utilising Copernicus data and the European AI-on-Demand Platform, focusing on any industrial domain. The 5th round of Open Calls for Micro-Projects is addressed to Technology-advanced SMEs, start-ups, micro-enterprises from EU Member States and/or Associated Countries (single-beneficiary micro-projects), distributing a funding up to €30.000 for each micro-project (10 micro-projects to be funded / the end output should be at min TRL-5). The selected projects of this round will have access to AI4Copernicus resources and tools, and technical mentoring.

Important dates:

  • 5th Open Call Q1 2023 (February 2023 – March 2023)
  • Submission Deadline: 31st March 2023
  • Selection: April 2023
  • Projects Acceleration: June 2023 – October 2023
