AI4Copernicus was represented by partner NKUA, and more specifically by Mr. George Stamoulis, in the EuroGeo 2022 workshop that was held between 7-9 December 2022, in Athens, Greece. Partner NKUA participated with three posters in the poster session of the event, one of which was referred to EarthQA, the Question Answering Engine for Earth Observation Data Archives, which was developed in the context of AI4Copernicus project.

EuroGEO combines the contributions of European members of the Group on Earth Observations (GEO), a partnership of more than 100 national governments, over 100 participating organisations and the European Commission. GEO envisions a future where decisions and measures for the benefit of humankind are informed by coordinated, comprehensive and sustained Earth observations.

EuroGEO participants were welcome to browse through the poster spots during a whole day (8/12/2022), and to disseminate their work further to peers.
